Heinz Stolki Mr. Stolzki is of counsel with Urban Thier Federer & Jackson, P.A. He was born in Germany and is based in Munich, Germany. His practice focuses primarily on international law, specifically assisting companies practicing in several states, commercial law, international family law (divorce, alimony, law of domestic relations, and marital assets), international probate, and labor law.
He is especially versed in German-American divorce cases, particularly the distribution of property and assets. He has also acted as counsel for an international consortium of companies in Miami from 1997 until 2000, seeking to prepare an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and the foundation of an internet bank.
